Cal Poly Safer is recognizing the program's 25th anniversary and April as Sexual Assault Action Month by welcoming Tarana Burke: activist, author and the founder of the "Me too." movement, for a discussion on activism, healing and thriving. The program will include a brief keynote address from Burke, followed by a moderated discussion and Q&A time. All campus and community members are welcome to attend, admission is free.
Please visit the Eventbrite page to register. You may also register for a live Zoom meeting of this event, if you are unable to attend in-person register here for virtual attendance.
Submit a question you have for Tarana. Questions will be reviewed up until halfway though the event and will be shared via a moderator. Please note that the open question time is limited and will likely not be able to ask every question submitted.
