By earning 8 units of academic credit before the fall quarter even begins, participants accelerate their progress towards their degree. The program also fosters a stronger sense of belonging and social connection among students.
Additionally, Quarter Plus provides academic and psychological preparation for the faster pace of Cal Poly's quarter system, enabling students to enter the fall quarter with more confidence and readiness for success.
