Honoring our system-wide culture of environmental sustainability
Green Campus and the sustainability community invites faculty, staff and students to Earth Week events that include a festival, career panel, film fest, garden work day and so much more. While Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22nd, extending it to a week allows students to spend more time learning about the environment and the problems we face.

The CSU system-wide Sustainability Policy aims to further reduce the environmental impact of construction and operation of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure, as well as integrate sustainability across the curriculum. Cal Poly's polytechnic, hands-on, Learn By Doing approach is uniquely positioned to educate the leaders, problem solvers, and decision makers that will battle the effects of climate change.
