Their journey kicks off with the Cal Winter Invite in Berkeley from Jan. 12-14, followed by a dual schedule that starts against Montana and Gonzaga in Spokane. The Mustangs host UC Davis on Feb. 3 before embarking on a challenging six-match away stretch, facing opponents like Grand Canyon and Arizona State. They return home on March 1 to battle Montana State and Santa Clara, continuing with Big West conference clashes and concluding nonconference play against Division III Pomona Pitzer.
The crucial showdowns at home against Long Beach State and Hawai'i in early April mark pivotal moments, aiming to reverse last year's Big West Championship outcomes. The regular season wraps up against UC Riverside and UC Santa Barbara before the conference championships in San Diego from April 24-27, offering a chance to secure the Big West's automatic NCAA Tournament berth. With seven returning players and a mix of seasoned talent and newcomers, the Mustangs are poised for an exciting season ahead.
