This world-class, Los Angeles-based contemporary modern dance ensemble performs innovative and provocative choreography by founder Lula Washington. Through dance, she steadfastly focuses on exploring social and humanitarian issues, including aspects of African American history and culture.
Each piece unveils honesty, integrity, and creativity of unparalleled power. This evening will include new works that Washington created during the pandemic and the social unrest following the death of George Floyd. (Ages 13+)
